In addition to our database of over 75,000 Chicago area candidates, we have extensive experience in direct recruiting; we have memberships with the top internet recruiting sites; we have a far reaching presence in the regional yellow page directories; we regularly attend job fairs and we publish our current openings with classified advertising. What is the timeframe for filling a direct hire position? We are able to recruit qualified candidates within one week. What is the fee for direct hire placement? Fees are on a contingency basis; there is no fee due until you hire someone. The amount of the fee is based on the candidate's salary: 1% per $1,000 of annual hiring salary with a maximum of 30%. ($27,000 annual salary = 27% fee) How does Banner effectively learn about the environment and corporate culture of clients, in order to make good matches? Our process begins with an in depth client profile that is taken over the phone. A Banner representative will then arrange to tour your company facilities to better understand your corporate culture. What happens if I am not happy with my new hire? All Banner placements are guaranteed. If the applicant leaves or is terminated within 30 calendar days of employment the fee will be refunded or we will refill the position at no additional charge provided the starting salary is the same. |
